Yosoy Tapas
Tapas, Street Buzz, and Creamy Spanish Flavors in Berlin-Mitte
After walking past it countless times, I finally stopped in at the tapas bar on Rosenthaler Straße 37—and it was worth it. The food holds up well: I had a Spanish-style potato salad with tuna (€5), creamy and satisfyingly heavy, just like in Spain. The octopus arm in chorizo cream was nicely cooked, and the Crema Catalana was delicious—though the portion could’ve been a touch larger.
I also enjoyed the weekly white wine. Wines range from €10 to €16 for 0.25L, so it’s not exactly a budget pick. Next time, I’d skip the Negroni and go for another glass of wine instead. The outdoor seating along Rosenthaler Straße is great for people-watching and soaking up the street’s energy.
