Vegan Burger at Swing Kitchen
Located at Georgenstraße 201, right by the Friedrichstraße station, you’ll find a branch of the vegan burger chain Swing Kitchen. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., I tried their Swing Burger served with a side of tangy coleslaw. The bun was nicely airy and crisp—no complaints there. The soy patty was coated in a crunchy breading and pleasantly juicy. The smoky sauce added great flavor, making the burger a well-balanced meal. I also enjoyed the salad, which had a nice spicy kick. At 12 euros for a fast-food, self-service meal, it wasn’t the cheapest option. One downside, however, was the disposable packaging, which didn’t quite align with vegan and sustainable values.
