By far the most beautiful canteen in the Bundestag is Lampenladen, located in the Paul-Löbe-Haus. The food is on the hearty side—think lumberjack steak with fries—but there’s a decent variety of dishes and salads available. Prices are slightly above standard canteen rates, but you’re rewarded with a stunning view of the Spree and the Marie-Elisabeth-Lüders-Haus. So if you happen to be in the Bundestag around lunchtime—whatever the reason—take the chance to enjoy a meal here.
