Café Couscous
Friedrichstraße 115, 10117 Berlin
Quick, Fresh, and Filling—Though Not the Coziest Spot
Café Couscous is a small eatery located at Friedrichstraße 115, just before Torstraße. It’s open during the day and serves fresh, flavorful dishes. I tried the burrito filled with couscous, cheese, and avocado (€8.50), and it was generously portioned and freshly made. I also had a genuinely excellent glass of freshly squeezed orange juice (€5).
That said, the seating isn’t particularly inviting, and considering that, the pricing feels a bit ambitious. Even during lunchtime, the place wasn’t crowded. Still, despite the minor gripes, I really enjoyed the meal. More details can be found on the café’s website.
