Martin Hoeck Vice President of the Ambassadors Club
In March 2025, a new executive committee was elected at the Ambassadors Club. Mania Feilcke-Dierck remains president after being unanimously confirmed in office. The previous vice president, Edeltraut Töpfer, did not stand for re-election after 15 years. Martin Hoeck was also unanimously elected as her successor. Hoeck previously served as executive assistant to the club for eleven years and has an extensive network in Berlin’s diplomatic circles.
The Ambassadors Club is a Berlin-based association that promotes diplomatic exchange between international representatives and personalities from politics, business and culture. It serves as an informal platform for dialogue in capital city diplomacy and supports the cultivation of bilateral and multilateral relations outside official government channels.
